Zinc oxide and strontium doped zinc oxide nanoparticles were synthesized through hydrothermal route. The synthesized nanoparticles were characterized by UV, FTIR, SEM, X-Ray diffraction (XRD) and energy dispersive x-ray (EDX) spectroscopic techniques.
